Since 2019 Ross has been raising money and awareness for baby loss & mental health charities through his #Nine4Norah campaign. After losing Norah, Ross soon noticed that there was a lack of support specifically for men who had lost a child. He struggled with his own mental health and knew there would be others in a similar situation without others to talk to.

Ross set up #DadsandLadsNetwork as a non-professional group to offer bereaved Dads and men suffering from mental health issues a safe space to talk.

The private WhatsApp group is open to all men that would like a safe and supportive environment to chat, as little or as much as they need. No judgement. No pressure.
